What is the minimum order quantity?
Custom orders start at 1,000 pieces. In-stock bags start at 100 pieces, depending on the style. Please share the model and planned quantity so we can confirm the details.
Can I request a sample?
Samples are available; charges and timing are confirmed separately. Custom samples cost approximately US$240 per piece, including design and mould-making fees by default. This charge is credited against a subsequent bulk order of 1,000 pieces or more, with the price difference deducted automatically from the bulk order.
Can I add my own logo?
Share your artwork and preferred placement. Suitable methods and any additional costs depend on the product and order quantity.
How long does production take?
Timing is reviewed after specifications, quantity and sample approval requirements are clear. Tell us your target delivery date when enquiring.
What should I include in an enquiry?
Include a model or reference image, quantity, destination, customisation needs and target timing. These help us prepare a more useful response.
